  • Diversity and inclusion are key to business and organisational success. Evidence increasingly demonstrates that organisations that make the most of their people, by creating a fair and inclusive environment in which people are free to be at their best, are the most successful organisations. Equally, understanding more about diversity and inclusion helps all of us work more effectively within today’s diverse organisations, as well as delivering great customer service.

  • Understanding the benefits of a neurodiverse workplace will help teams, managers and employers better attract and retain highly effective employees. Many Neurodivergent people report difficulties in finding employment and working to their potential. Within this Neurodiversity course, conditions are described through a lived experience perspective and the benefits of alterative thinking styles are explored.

  • This session will equip you with the knowledge to understand and embrace Inclusive Leadership. What do you need to do? How will others know? And how can you keep growing to ensure that no one in your team feels excluded, or different, because of who they are?

  • Human Resource professionals need an understanding of what the complete journey to diversity and inclusion looks like. We will demystify terminology, give you advice to follow and provide tools to help you promote EDI for boards, leaders, managers and teams who need to embed good practice and engage, motivate and drive performance.

  • All managers must be able to recruit and select talent in a way that overcomes the biases we are all influenced by. In doing so, we will recruit and promote from a more diverse pool of talent, improving the overall diversity of our workforce and find he best talent.

  • Recognising and managing bias is key to business and organisational success. Evidence increasingly demonstrates that individuals who recognise their own biases and effectively challenge others, help to create a fair and inclusive environment in which people are free to be at their best. Explore and learn more on unconscious bias, identifying common types and how to appropriately tackle others when decision making.

  • There are many justified reasons why mental health is on the agenda for individuals and organisations now more than ever. This session explores stress, mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing are will be shared and discussed in a safe environment as well as practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of a range of mental health issues

  • In our disability inclusion course, you will gain a greater insight into what a disability is, the different types of disabilities and how to ensure workplaces make reasonable adjustments for people with disabilities. You will also explore how to ensure the recruitment process is fair and the responsibilities of employees and employers.
