Curious, captivating and charming are all words that best describe Tom’s brother. However, Tom does have a remarkable ability to design some incredibly inventive learning solutions that create lasting impact. An L&D specialist for 20 years he is responsible for numerous pioneering learning programmes supporting a plethora of audiences, from board directors to serial offenders in prison.

Sam Burnham | Director
Our proud Northerner, Sam ‘Bee’ is a guru when it comes to human skills in business. She is adamant, though, that it’s not just about learners learning new behaviours. She works to understand the customer’s world, warts and all, to find the reality on which to base a blended learning implementation that will really work.
“Being right really isn’t persuasive… I have to sell people the benefits of replacing old habits with great new ones.”
