LIVE Visual Event Illustration
Available in the room or online
This service captures not only the content of information being shared or discussions that take place; it captures the energy and emotion in the room. Typed notes can suck the life out of what may have been an incredibly engaging event, however when converted to text that summary often becomes sterile and flat and is filed away somewhere and forgotten about. Visual Illustration gives people an immediate output from an event, they are excited to take a photo and share it with other team members who weren’t there, or use it to evidence learning.
PRO Drama Practice.
Available face-to-face or online
Participants have the opportunity to practise a variety of behavioural approaches and new techniques remotely. It offers a great opportunity to embed their learning, following the workshops. Working in the safety of a 1-1 scenario, participants will receive immediate feedback from the actor in character, to help build their confidence and skill level in approaching scenarios pertinent to their role. Practice Room Online (PRO) exist to deliver a “practice first” approach to development; after all, it is practice more than anything else that changes performance.
Virtual Reality Storylines.
VR training is a high ROI learning experience that recreates real-life environments in a digital space and simulates work challenges. Employees gain on-the-job training in a risk-free, multi-user environment where they can learn by doing.
