It all started when…

the customer wanted to make some changes to their own ‘empowering women’ programme, to have even greater impact!

Proud of the training they provide to their members, this suite was already well received. However this passionate team wanted to enhance and update it - outsourcing the delivery to gain access to an even higher calibre delivery team.

Sam worked closely with the stakeholders to analyse the current interventions and what made them so successful. They collaborated to agree the right enhancements, to deliver recognisable impact and enhanced outcomes.

The result has been a resounding success!

This is down to a combination of:

• the customer’s strong foundation programme

• contemporary changes and practical activities

• introducing high self-awareness through new tools

• amazing chemistry with the brilliant delivery team

Word of mouth spread like wildfire, with the enhanced programmes getting booked up quickly.

The programme gives women with the potential to be amazing leaders the opportunity to learn, share, challenge, try things out, and grow in a safe space with likeminded people.

They quickly build a strong relationship amongst themselves, and with the leadership co-facilitators - one woman and one man! This approach enables great insights.

These inspiring women develop a strong self of what they bring to the table, as we build their confidence in being honest about who they really are. As well as the face-to-face workshops they spend time with their facilitator as a leadership coach, and also continue contact as learning leaders, keeping momentum going as they strive to make a difference.
